Get Email Updates
You can set up a button that marks emails as read and sticks them in the Archive folder, or any folder in Outlook for that matter. Now whenever I select a message and click this button, the message s will be moved to the archive folder.
Pretty simple and a huge time saver. You can set this up for as many folders as you want. Outlook gives you the option to ignore emails in a given conversation now with a single click.

This is great for emailing a team at work, but you can also use it to email a group of friends or family members. It is perfect when you have baby pictures you send out to the family weekly, or email the same group of friends to hike on weekends.

Default Quick Steps
Just click the button and they get entered automatically. The Quick Steps portion of the Outlook Ribbon is an often overlooked tool that has huge potential for customization and a real possibility to make your time inside of Outlook a little easier and quicker. Then, in the Actions drop-down, scroll to the very last item Ignore Messages in this Conversation. You can choose to add a keyboard shortcut next, and finally make sure to fill out the Tooltip text.
